I love google. I love all the possibilites that there is when it comes to google. I love how we learned about translating documents into so many different languages. It is so great to be able to bring up homework and letters to parents/guardians in their own language. I love that google documents and presentations can be shared and worked on at the same time from the comfort of your own home. It will make group work so much easier for students and they can get almost instant feedback on their papers/assignments from me. It will save trees and is so easy and convenient.
I love the igoogle page. I am addicted. I love playing around with the themes and games. It is so nice that I can download all these applications and shortcuts to my igoogle page and have it accessible from any computer through my gmail account. I am having so much fun with it.
I also love the calendar and all the features that come along with it. I love that I can set something up on my calendar and it will text me a little bit before that I have something going on. I also love that I can copy a calendar like the class calendar to mine. I want my students to be able to use this feature so that they will have reminders when things are due and if they need a reminder about quizes or tests so that they have a warning about it in their busy lives.
